Role Purpose
The Digital Experience Coordinator owns MoveBuddy's digital presence by keeping the brand relevant, valuable, and top of mind with our key audiences. Build relationships at scale by creating conversations that keep MoveBuddy part of the real estate industry every day - not just when someone needs to move.

15% Moving Partners & Service Providers
10% Customers
5% Events, Community & Corporate Initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

· Own MoveBuddy's day-to-day digital presence.

· Build relationships through meaningful online engagement.

· Spark and maintain conversations with realtor partners and the broader MoveBuddy community.

· Identify collaboration opportunities with partners and industry leaders.

Digital Strategy

· Own the annual content and campaign calendar.

· Coordinate campaigns across social media, CRM, email, website and digital channels.

· Develop activation strategies for sponsorships and events.

Performance Analysis

· Monitor digital analytics and campaign performance.

· Recommend new ideas based on industry trends and audience behaviour.

· Ensure every campaign supports business objectives.

Key Performance Indicators

· Grow overall brand awareness.

· Keep MoveBuddy top of mind within the real estate community.

· Strengthen the referral funnel through consistent digital engagement.

· Increase meaningful engagement (comments, shares, saves, collaborations).

· Spark and maintain online conversations.

· Support one-to-many communication that scales relationships.

· Deliver measurable ROI from events and sponsorship activations.

Position Details

· Employment Type: Full-time, 6-month contract

· Compensation: $22–26/hour, based on experience

· Location: Hybrid. Preference will be given to candidates based in or near one of MoveBuddy's core markets: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, or Ottawa.

· Start Date: As soon as possible
