Arthur Murray Dance Centres Halifax® is growing, and we are excited to add a passionate and energetic Ballroom Dance Instructor to our team!
This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves working with people, staying active, and helping others achieve their goals. Whether you have professional dance experience or are completely new to teaching, we provide paid training and the support you need to succeed.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and excited to build relationships with students while helping them learn and enjoy the art of dance.

What You'll Do
• Teach private and group ballroom dance lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
• Help students achieve personal dance goals, from special events to lifelong learning
• Build strong relationships with students and provide an exceptional experience
• Participate in studio events, performances, and dance activities
• Continue developing your own dance skills through training and coaching
• Create a fun, positive, and encouraging learning environment
Schedule
• Studio hours are Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Weekend events and activities may be required
• Full-time availability preferred (up to 40 hours/week)
• Part-time opportunities available (approximately 25 hours/week)

Qualifications
• Ballroom dance experience preferred, but not required
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn multiple dance styles
• Reliable transportation to our Halifax studio location
• Authorized to work in Canada
Compensation & Benefits
• $25,000–$45,000 annually based on experience and performance
