Certified Forklift Operator

Integrated Freight Networks Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator to join our team at our Pickering, Ontario, warehouse facility. The ideal candidate brings proven experience operating a 3-wheel electric counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment. This role is well-suited for someone reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for safely moving, loading, and organizing inventory while maintaining accuracy and contributing to a clean, efficient workspace.

Job Functions:

· Safely and efficiently load and unload inbound and outbound FTL and LTL shipments

· Transport materials between storage areas, loading docks, and trucks

· Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in a food-grade environment (dry goods only; no food handling)

· Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on forklifts

· Follow all company safety protocols to prevent accidents and product damage

· Accurately track inventory movement and complete required documentation

· Assist with general warehouse duties, including pallet building/wrapping and waste removal

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Minimum 3-5 years of forklift experience with a valid forklift certification

· Strong knowledge of material handling equipment and safe operating practices

· Adhere to internal processes and procedures

· Experience loading and unloading trailers, including the use of logistic bars and straps

· Understanding of weight distribution and proper load securing for transport

· Ability to operate scanning equipment for inventory management

· Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, with the ability to adapt to change

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Solid communication skills

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Salary: 46,000.00 to 48,000.00 depending on experience
