We are recruiting for a current opening for a Machine Operator on behalf of our client.
The role involves:
- Running a machine from about 6 feet away, sometimes on a stage.
- Loading powder into a mold, cooking it, then unloading the cooked part and starting the process over again.
- Working with another machine operator or sometimes by yourself. Communication and safety are critical factors while running the machine.
- Performing other various tasks around the shop depending on production needs.
- Engaging in general assembly and various positions around the plant.
RTS manufactures plastic playground equipment, rain barrels, planters, and waste management containers. You may be required to work outside, so always dress for the weather just in case!

- A hard hat is required and will be provided.
