We are currently seeking hardworking and safety-focused Maintenance Labourers to join our Portable Crushing team. This position is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance and operation of crushing equipment, conveyors, screens, wash plants, and other mobile equipment while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a construction and aggregate environment.

This position is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance and operation of crushing equipment, conveyors, screens, wash plants, and other mobile equipment while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on conveyors, crushers, screens, wash plants, and related equipment.
- Inspect, adjust, clean, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by following all company and provincial safety regulations.
- Perform general labour and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Report equipment issues and environmental spills to site management.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently while following manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs as required.
- Travel with portable crushing plants when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform manual labour.
- Industrial plant operation or maintenance experience is considered an asset.
- Heavy equipment operation experience is an asset.
- First Aid, WHMIS, Surface Miner, Confined Space, and Working at Heights certifications are considered assets (training may be provided where applicable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor construction environment.
- Comfortable lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face.
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Shift work may include days, afternoons, nights, and occasional weekends.
