Pay: CA$22.50 per hour

Job description:

We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator (Raymond Reach, and Raymond Counterbalance) for the Innisfil. (Must have a valid third-party forklift license)

Forklift Operator – Morning Shift (Innisfil, ON)
Pay Rate: CA$22.50 per hour
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM (Monday to Friday)
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our client located in Innisfil, ON. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a strong possibility of long-term employment for the right candidate. Regular overtime opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trailers using forklifts.
• Feed production lines with materials.
• Move and push skids as required.
• Double-stack finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Place packages and cardboard skids into trucks as per schedule.
• Read and follow pallet and parcel container destination labels accurately.
• Handle all packages and materials with care.
• Conduct daily forklift safety checks and maintenance inspections.
• Manage the shipping and receiving operations within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, invoices, and receipts.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven forklift operating experience.
• Valid forklift licenses for:
• Raymond Reach
• Sit-Down Raymond Counterbalance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Able to work full 8–9 hour shifts and lift moderate to heavy loads.
