Northstone Concrete is a fast-growing residential concrete contractor specializing in custom home foundations, ICF foundations, retaining walls, suspended slabs, and architectural concrete.

We're looking for a skilled, motivated Formwork Carpenter who takes pride in building quality work and wants to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing

• Construct, install, and strip concrete formwork
• Build footings, foundation walls, retaining walls, stairs, and suspended slabs
• Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
• Install bracing, whalers, and form ties
• Ensure all formwork is square, level, and built safely
• Assist with concrete pours and finishing when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work closely with foremen and crew members to keep projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of formwork carpentry experience
• Experience with residential concrete foundations (ICF experience is an asset)
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of forming systems and concrete placement
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
