What You'll Do
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget
• Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
• Follow up with customers through phone, email, text, and video communication
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions
• Deliver an outstanding purchase experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required
