- Lead and support the daily Meat Processing and Food Production operations.
- Supervise production employees to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Operate a Motorized Walkie, Electric Pallet Truck, or Powered Walkie to transport raw materials safely throughout the facility.
- Move products between cooler, freezer, and production areas.
- Assist with Meat Processing, food preparation, de-boxing, material handling, packaging, and line setup.
- Operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when required.
- Monitor product quality to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
- Train, coach, and support production employees.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Meat Processing, Food Manufacturing, or Food Production
- Minimum 2 years of Lead Hand, Team Lead, Line Lead, or Production Supervisor experience
- Previous experience operating a Motorized Walkie, Electric Pallet Truck, or Powered Walkie (Required)
- Experience with meat cutting, meat processing, packaging, grinding, slicing, forming, or other food production equipment is an asset
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in refrigerated temperatures (0°ree;C–4°ree;C)
