Job Details:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Intern to support our team with various administrative and office tasks. This is a temporary, one month part-time position that offers hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Coordinators with basic administrative and office tasks.
- Organize and maintain training records, files, and documentation.
- Contact field technicians to confirm that required training and certifications are current and up to date.
- Follow up with technicians regarding missing or expired training documents.
- Collect, file, and organize training certificates and related records.
- Update spreadsheets and tracking logs with training information.
- Help prepare simple reports and documents as needed.
- Monitor shared email inboxes and forward messages to the appropriate team members.
- Support the team with general office organization and filing.
- Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
