Location: 2.5 Hours North of Toronto (Parry Sound Area) Compensation: Up to $75.00/Hour Volume: 400–500 scripts/day (Winter: 200–250 scripts/day) Status: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) | Fixed Schedule

• Strong Support Staff: 6 Full-Time and 2 Part-Time team members.
• Strategic Overlap: Double-pharmacist coverage during peak hours until 6:00 PM.
• Sustainable Pace: Evenings are notably quieter with no overlap required, allowing for a focused, calm end to your shift.

Core Responsibilities

As a key member of the healthcare team, you will manage dispensary operations during your shift with a focus on:

• Clinical Excellence: Providing expert consultation on prescriptions and OTC/BTC products while practicing to the full extent of your expanded scope.
• Patient Advocacy: Communicating within the circle of care to ensure the best health outcomes for our community members.
• Operational Oversight: Managing workflow queues, inventory (including expiry and narcotics control), and ensuring accuracy in all dispensing activities.
• Leadership: Coaching pharmacy colleagues and delegating tasks effectively to maintain our high standard of service.

What You Bring

• Licensure: Valid Pharmacist license to practice in Ontario (in good standing).
• Mindset: A commitment to "Full Scope" pharmacy and a passion for community-centered care.
• Skills: Strong independent decision-making, proficiency with pharmacy software systems, and a professional, patient-first demeanor.
