Crispy Crust Pizzeria is hiring a full-time Pizza Cook. We're a busy, established Calgary pizzeria and we're looking for a reliable, full-time pizza cook who wants steady hours, a great team, and long-term growth opportunities.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of meal preparation and food safety practices. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations, utensils, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
• Assist in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous Pizza making experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Experience in meal preparation, particularly in pizza cooking or similar roles, is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
