What You'll Do

- Deliver an outstanding patient and customer experience from first greeting to final fitting

- Build lasting customer relationships with expertise, warmth, and professionalism

- Drive extraordinary sales performance in eyewear, lenses, and coatings — and be rewarded for it

- Perform precise, detail-oriented dispensing work: measurements, adjustments, verifications, and order accuracy

- Help us maintain our high standards by catching and preventing the common errors that plague this industry — wrong measurements, mis-ordered lenses, fitting issues, and paperwork mistakes

- Contribute as a true team player in a high-collaboration, small-company environment

What We're Looking For

- **Licensed Optician in good standing with the College of Opticians of Ontario** (required)

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a licensed optician

- **Exceptional English communication skills** — polished, clear, and professional with customers, both spoken and written

- A proven track record of strong optical sales performance

- Expert-level customer relationship management skills

- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in all dispensing and administrative work
