Job Title: Tutor Centre Administrator

Job Type: Part-time

Location: Richmond, BC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Administrator to oversee our centre operations and ensure the delivery of quality educational services to children. As a Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, coordinating with teachers, parents, and staff, and ensuring that the centre operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and administer the centre's operations, including scheduling, staff management, inventory, and financials.

Help centre staff, including teachers and other support personnel.

Plan and coordinate the delivery of courses and services to students, ensuring a high standard of quality.

Maintain excellent relationships with parents and students, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.

Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen

Bachelor's degree

Willingness to be trained & certified in the program

Some experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the education or customer service industry.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for working with children and promoting their development and success.
