Telecommunications Construction Labourer

DCX Construction is looking for a reliable, hard-working labourer to join our small telecom crew. This is a physical outdoor job with hands-on training and room to grow.

Responsibilities include digging trenches, using shovels and a walk-behind trencher, operating hand and power tools, saw cutting, handling and pulling wire, fiber optic splicing, driving company vehicles, and site cleanup. You'll also help load and transport tools and materials.

Requirements are a valid Ontario G2 license or higher, able to lift 50 pounds plus, comfortable working outdoors in all weather, reliable, punctual, willing to learn, and a team player. No telecom experience required. We'll train the right person. Ideally for young adults, students, recent grads, or anyone who likes to work with their hands and stay active outdoors. Pay is competitive with on-the-job training and growth opportunities.
