- Experience developing or troubleshooting FactoryTalk View HMI applications.
- Strong knowledge of ladder logic, PLC sequencing, I/O systems, alarms, interlocks, and fault diagnostics.
- Experience with automotive manufacturing automation, assembly systems, material handling, or body-shop equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, panel drawings, and technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of industrial communication networks and device integration.
- Experience with system startup, commissioning, debug, and production-floor troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional engineering and maintenance teams.
- Willingness to support project launches, production downtime, or off-shift activities as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ford manufacturing facilities, Ford-approved system integrators, or Ford equipment specifications.
- Knowledge of robotics integration, including FANUC or ABB systems.
- Experience with safety PLCs, safety relays, light curtains, scanners, and machine-guarding systems.
- Familiarity with VFDs, servo systems, vision systems, barcode readers, and industrial instrumentation.
- Experience with automotive launch, equipment installation, or controls validation projects.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or a related technical field.
