Insurance Xactimate Estimator

Please do not apply if you have no experience with Xactimate and minimum 3-5 yrs experience as an estimator.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating with Xactimate for insurance claims and project management, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, construction, restoration and resource allocation. Project manager will hold certifications for water, fire & smoke, structural drying, odour control, mould, asbestos, working at heights, The Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring progress, resolving conflicts, and providing regular updates to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge with Xactware programing, docusketch and insurance claims
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
• Lead project teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Manage resources and budget to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and provide corrective action when needed.
