Deck Builder

Deck Builder / Carpenter – Full-Time

3 Views Property Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Deck Builder to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end composite and cedar decks throughout the Lower Mainland, focusing on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Build new decks from the ground up
• Install composite and wood decking
• Construct stairs, landings, and minor concrete work
• Frame decks, install beams, joists, and posts
• Read plans and work independently or with a team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Operate power tools and construction equipment safely

Requirements:

• 1+ year of carpentry or deck-building experience preferred
• Experience with framing, stairs, decking
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
