OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Marketing Manager for the acquisition marketing team at a major Canadian financial institution, supporting their digital investing business. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own integrated campaigns end to end and turn campaign data into a story leadership can act on. You'll work across internal business partners, sales, and external agencies to grow awareness, drive new client acquisition, and build the reporting that shows what's actually working.

Contract Duration: 14 months (and possible extension / conversion)

Pay: $36-42/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own acquisition campaigns end to end — intake, creative development, copy, legal and compliance review, consolidating stakeholder feedback, UAT and testing, through to launch
  • Run integrated campaigns across owned and non-owned channels: digital, print, in-branch, email, paid media, and partner channels
  • Compile and reconcile data from multiple dashboards and analytics platforms into executive-ready reports and PowerPoint decks, using graphs, tables, and charts to visualize campaign performance
  • Report campaign results over time, year over year, and against comparable campaigns — KPIs including traffic, applications, new accounts, and assets
  • Develop targeting approaches to identify and reach priority client segments
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external agency partners to deliver campaigns, creative, and content on time and on brand
  • Ensure all content and creative meets brand, product, and governance standards
  • Recommend optimizations and identify efficiencies based on campaign insights

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years in marketing, mostly within acquisition or growth-focused role
  • Proven experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels, not just digital
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills — comfortable pulling from several disconnected data sources and building the analysis yourself
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio) and building performance decks in PowerPoint
  • Experience managing creative through legal and compliance review in a regulated environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, advertising, or communications

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, online investing, or another highly regulated industry
  • Familiarity with self-directed investing or online brokerage products
  • Agency-side experience
