Packaging Associate
We are currently hiring Packaging Associates to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow established packaging procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Count and package products accurately according to work instructions.
- Use scales to verify product weights and ensure packaging accuracy.
- Follow all packaging procedures and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections to maintain product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable working in one workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to alternate between standing and sitting throughout the shift.
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is an asset but not required.
