We work with clients globally to increase facility productivity, optimize labor costs, and improve overall order packing efficiency.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will support PSI Engineering's marketing initiatives by coordinating marketing assets, tradeshows, presentations, graphic design, and day-to-day marketing activities. You will help ensure marketing materials remain current, organized, and aligned with PSI's brand while supporting internal teams through the creation of professional marketing collateral and event coordination. This position is ideal for a recent college or university graduate with strong graphic design skills who is eager to grow their marketing career within a fast-paced engineering and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Asset Management
    • Organize, maintain, and govern PSI's library of marketing assets—including brochures, datasheets, photography, video, logos, and templates—ensuring teams can quickly find current, approved materials.
    • Maintain version control and brand consistency across all assets, retiring outdated collateral and ensuring the latest approved versions are in circulation.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (designers, printers, agencies) to produce and update collateral on schedule and on budget.
    • Manage the digital asset management system and shared drives, including file naming conventions, access, and archiving.
  • Tradeshow & Event Planning Support
    • Provide end-to-end coordination support for tradeshows, conferences, and customer events—from booth logistics and shipping to registration, signage, giveaways, and on-site materials.
    • Maintain the events calendar, track deadlines, and manage vendor and venue communications to keep each event on schedule.
    • Coordinate the preparation and shipment of booth assets, demo equipment, and promotional materials, ensuring everything arrives complete and on time.
    • Travel to tradeshows and customer events as needed (approximately 10–15% of the time) to support on-site setup and execution.
  • Graphic Design & Multimedia
    • Design and produce print-ready marketing materials—including brochures, datasheets, banners, signage, and booth graphics—that align with PSI brand standards.
    • Prepare files for print, coordinate with printers and vendors, and ensure quality and brand consistency across all produced pieces.
    • Develop and maintain reusable design templates to keep collateral consistent and efficient to produce.
    • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, customer success stories, tradeshows, and company initiatives, ensuring all content aligns with PSI's brand standards.
  • Presentation Creation
    • Design and build professional, on-brand presentations for sales pitches, customer meetings, conferences, and internal leadership reviews.
    • Translate technical content and data into clear, visually compelling slides that tell a consistent PSI story.
    • Maintain a library of reusable presentation templates and slide modules to improve speed and consistency across teams.
    • Partner with sales and engineering to keep presentation content accurate, current, and tailored to the audience.
  • General Marketing Support
    • Support the broader marketing team with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks across campaigns and projects.
    • Assist with content updates to the company website, social media, and email communications as needed.
    • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, design, research, and coordination across the marketing function.
    • Support the planning, filming, and editing of promotional, product, recruitment, and corporate videos for use across digital channels, presentations, tradeshows, and internal communications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education & Experience
    • Recent graduate from a college or university program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
    • Internship, co-op, volunteer, or academic project experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, or event planning is considered an asset.
    • Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and presentation design skills.
  • Skills & Aptitude
    • Graphic design ability, with experience creating print-ready materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
    • Videography and video editing skills, with experience capturing and editing engaging photo and video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (and/or comparable presentation tools) with a strong eye for layout, design, and brand consistency.
    • AI-native: Fluent and comfortable using AI tools day-to-day, with genuine curiosity about applying them to marketing work.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once.
    • Interest in supporting tradeshows and events, and willingness to travel approximately 10–15% of the time.
  • Personal Attributes
    • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and a sense of ownership.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing organization.
    • Strong written and verbal communicator who collaborates effectively across sales, engineering, and leadership.
    • Adaptable and calm under pressure, particularly around event deadlines.
