We're a high-end landscaping company based in Chilliwack selling $250K+ transformation projects to homeowners across the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland who demand the best. We've got a proven sales process, a 70% close rate built by the founder, and a fully documented playbook ready for the right person to run.
We're looking for one elite closer to take over this role and build serious wealth doing it.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Base salary of $135,000 guaranteed. Then a marginal commission structure that rewards every dollar you sell above $3M in annual revenue. Hit $7.5M and you're walking away with $250,000 total. Hit $10M and you're at $325,000. There is no ceiling above that.
Last year we did $10M in inbound revenue alone. You'll inherit a warm pipeline and a proven process - and for the right person, that's just the starting line. We also have a documented outbound process for someone who wants to go create their own pipeline on top of it. No cold calling into the void. Targeted, strategic outbound to the right neighbourhoods and the right clients.
