Program Manager - Warehousing/Logistical Buildouts

Our client company, a small but rapidly-growing US-based organization in the Warehousing, Inventory Management, and Logistics space, is looking to hire a Program Manager for Western Canada. The Program Manager will be responsible for taking point with customers and managing their warehousing buildouts. The company's primary clients include large online retailers and logistics companies with big warehouses. Primary responsibilities include:

• • Managing customer warehouse launches and buildouts;
  • Supply chain process improvement;
  • Managing concurrent warehousing projects;
  • Designing and implementing weekly program dashboards;
  • Traveling to key target markets in Canada to meet with customers;
  • Upselling existing accounts with active warehouse buildouts;
  • Coordinating with the company's HQ to ensure accurate material lists and timelines;
  • Reporting on project progress;
  • Ensuring subcontractors are staying on schedule and within budget;

To be considered for an interview, candidates MUST HAVE:

• • A 4 year degree in logistics, business management, or relatable;
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse buildout management;
  • Ability to travel to key target markets throughout Canada;
  • An active passport to visit the company's US Headquarters for occasional meetings;

Our client company is offering a competitive compensation package with a base salary and bonus package which are paid in US Dollars.
