Business Development Representative

Our client is an early-stage AI photo and video platform building its go-to-market function out of Canada. It operates through an employer of record in Canada and is growing its sales pipeline through a direct outbound motion, targeting business customers across North America.

The client is hiring its first Business Development Representative to build the sales pipeline from the ground up. Fully remote within Canada, working closely with the Vancouver-based Head of Sales. The BDR owns the outbound motion end to end — sequences, cold calls, and lead sourcing that convert into real pipeline — with a direct path to promotion into an Account Executive seat.

• 1–3 years of outbound BDR experience
• A quota-carrying track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Cold calling and cold email as primary daily activities
• Based in Canada (Vancouver or the West Coast preferred)
• Native or near-native English fluency
• Willing to travel to conferences 5–10 times a year

• Currently exceeding quota in your role
• Hands-on outbound experience rather than a support function
• A Canadian tech-startup or D2C-brand background
• A degree from a recognized Canadian university
• An exceptional new graduate with a competitive or athletic background
