Responsibilities
- Safely transport materials and equipment throughout Calgary and surrounding regions
- Secure and inspect loads in accordance with industry regulations and company standards
- Operate manual transmission commercial vehicles
- Load and unload materials using a picker or forklift
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logbooks and required documentation
- Deliver exceptional service while representing the company professionally
- Adhere to all safety policies, regulations, and transportation legislation
Required Qualifications
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Valid Alberta Class 1 Driver's Licence
- Air Brake (Q) Endorsement
- Minimum 5 years of commercial flat deck driving experience
- Experience operating a picker and/or forklift
- Comfortable driving manual transmission commercial trucks
