This role involves performing general maintenance and repairs, ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. If you are a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Perform light plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks, proactive problem solving, and maintaining fixtures.Conduct light electrical repairs, including replacing outlets, light fixtures, and troubleshooting minor issues.Assist with light renovations, including drywall repairs, basic carpentry, and small-scale construction projects.Carry out painting and touch-up work to maintain the aesthetics of our facilities.Move and arrange furniture or equipment as needed for organizational needs.Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs.Ensure tools, equipment, fleet are properly maintained and secure.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, on call as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience in maintenance, handyman services, or related roles.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent organization and time-management skills.
