• Deliverengagingproductdemonstrationswhileeducatingcustomersoningredients,productbenefits,andskincareroutines.
• Proactivelyengageshoppers,buildrapport,identifytheirskincareneeds,andrecommendpersonalizedsolutionsthatdriveconfidenceandsales.
• Meetorexceedsalesgoals,conversiontargets,andcampaignKPIs.
• Deliveranexceptionalcustomerexperiencethatencouragesrepeatpurchasesandbrandloyalty.
• Maintainmerchandisingstandardsandpromotionaldisplays,andcompletepostshiftreportingthroughourmobilereportingplatform.

TheinitialcampaignrunsfromAugustthroughDecemberandincludesapproximately15shifts.SuccessfulrepresentativeswillbecomepartofVIBRANT'sbeautysalesnetworkandreceivepriorityconsiderationforfutureclientcampaigns.

CampaignstakeplacethroughoutSouthernOntario,includingtheGreaterTorontoArea,Hamilton,KitchenerWaterloo,Ottawa,andsurroundingcommunities.Candidatesshouldbecomfortabletravellingwithintheirpreferredregion.

Someassignmentsmayrequirestandingforextendedperiodsortravellingtonearbyretaillocations.
