Were looking for a skilled, reliable Baker to join our bakery team in Gibsons. You'll handle full-day production from mixing to baking while helping us deliver high-quality baked goods customers love.

What You'll Do

• Produce consistent, high-quality breads and pastries
• Run daily production (mixing, scaling, shaping, baking) and meet timelines
• Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot product issues
  
• Assist with ingredient ordering and inventory
• Keep the bakery clean, safe, and well organized
• Support and mentor junior staff
• Help develop and test new products

What We're Looking For

• 3 years equivalent experience (additional premium for Red Seal baker certification!)
• Strong production baking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet
• Team-oriented, dependable, and positive attitude
