What You'll Be Doing

• Deburr and clean precision machined components
• Assist with mechanical assembly and part marking
• Package finished products for shipment
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Transport materials throughout the facility
• Perform inventory counts and organize materials
• Maintain production supplies and housekeeping standards
• Assist multiple departments as production demands require
• Follow all quality and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or factory experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice to Have

• Shipping and receiving experience
• Machine shop or metal fabrication experience
• Assembly experience
• Inventory or material handling experience
• Forklift certification
• Experience using measuring tools
