We are looking for experienced forklift operators who can drive multiple forklifts in a warehouse located in Milton!

The forklifts you must know how to operate include:

• Counter Balance
• Raymond Reach
• Order/Cherry Picker
• Walkie
• Swing Reach

Our client is seeking someone who is experienced and has good inventory skills, including cycle counting and reconciliation. If you do not already have certification, you must be willing to receive in-house certification on the turret truck. If you pass the in-house certification, you will continue at the pay rate of $23.50 for one month from the date of certification to gain experience. Should everything go well, at the end of that month, you will receive a raise to $25/hour.

Shift Details:

• Day shift: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Pay Rate:

• $23.50 per hour if you are not licensed/experienced on Turret/Swing Reach
• $25/hour if you have the experience
• Weekly pay every Friday!
• Quick Start Pay Program: Get your 1st day's pay after your 2nd shift

Duties:

• Operating the Counter Balance, Raymond Reach, Order/Cherry Picker, Walkie, and Swing Reach forklifts
• Unloading and stacking material by raising and lowering the lifting device
• Unloading containers and trucks as necessary, and building proper and safe pallets for put-away
• Counting and verifying all inbound freight
• Putting stock away and bringing stock down, assisting with maintaining lot control
• Picking and fulfilling customer orders according to pick sheet directions

Requirements:

• Certification in Counter Balance, Raymond Reach, Order/Cherry Picker, Walkie, Swing Reach, and Fall Arrest
• At least 1 year of experience with each forklift listed above
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Location:

• Milton, ON - James Snow Parkway/Regional Rd 25
• Must be living in Milton or able to drive to Milton for this job
