Description:Northern Lights College is seeking an individual to deliver Professional Cook Training Level 2 in accordance with SkilledTradesBC curriculum guidelines. Professional Cook Training Level 2 provides students with advanced culinary theory and hands-on training in food preparation, baking and pastry, garde manger, menu planning, food costing, nutrition, workplace safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations. The program equips students with the technical, organizational, and employability skills required for success in the commercial food service industry and supports progression within the Cook Apprenticeship pathway. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging instructor who is passionate about sharing their industry knowledge and experience.
