Summary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an external partner for a Marketing Coordinator who is proactive and detail-oriented to support their marketing efforts across various channels. This role involves managing vendor relationships, conducting market research, optimizing our online presence, and creating compelling promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Relations & Coordination

  • Manage relationships and communication with external vendors, agencies, and service providers to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure marketing materials, campaigns, and services are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Support vendor selection, coordination, and ongoing relationship management to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.

SEO & Website Management

  • Monitor and improve website performance, search visibility, and user experience through SEO best practices and ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, review website analytics, and identify opportunities to improve organic traffic and engagement.
  • Maintain and update website content, including promotions, service offerings, company updates, and marketing campaigns, ensuring information remains accurate and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement website enhancements and improvements.

Marketing Materials & Brand Content

  • Create, coordinate, and maintain marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital advertisements, presentations, email campaigns, and social media assets.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with company brand standards, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Support the development of creative content and collateral to promote products, services, events, and company initiatives.

Market Research & Competitive Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, emerging opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze customer and market insights to support the development of marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market changes, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist with campaign timelines, content development, coordination of assets, and tracking of campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business goals, product launches, events, and other strategic initiatives.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, campaign engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, measure return on marketing activities, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries to support decision-making and optimize future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and principles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus
  • Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) is preferred
  • Ability to conduct and interpret market research effectively

Salary and Benefits

  • $70,000 - $90,000 base salary
