This is a full-time position located in Woodbridge, ON.
The salary range is $85,000.00–$90,000.00 per year.
The role involves 50% lab environment and 50% plant floor work, with PPE required and overtime as needed.
A university degree in Chemical Engineering and/or 3–5 years of experience in e-coat/paint facilities, plus strong English communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities include developing and improving coatings processes, designing and testing new coatings systems, overseeing e-coat and powder coat testing, supervising lab technicians, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.
