Management

BioConnect is looking for a Product Manager to help own day-to-day product execution for our enterprise identity and access products.

BioConnect builds B2B, enterprise-grade identity and access software for physical security environments and enterprise digital authentication. Our products connect biometric devices, access control systems, mobile identity, and enterprise workflows for customers who need secure, reliable, and scalable authentication. This role will focus primarily on BioConnect Enterprise (BCE), our on-prem software platform for managing biometric solutions in high-security environments.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who is comfortable working in a technical, rapidly evolving environment. You will work closely with engineering, support, sales, customer success, and leadership to turn product requests, customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities into clear roadmap execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day product execution, including requirements, documentation, backlog clarity, and release readiness
  • Manage product intake and synthesize customer interviews, engineering input, support themes, sales feedback, usage data and market signals into clear product priorities
  • Partner closely with engineering to clarify scope, tradeoffs, dependencies, and delivery priorities
  • Create lightweight workflow diagrams, wireframes, or mockups to clarify product concepts and align stakeholders
  • Use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows as second nature, to improve research, design, documentation, and communication

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B enterprise software, security, identity, infrastructure, or technical platforms
  • Comfortable with complex technical products, including integrations, on-prem software, APIs, hardware/devices, or enterprise customer environments
  • Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and turning ambiguity into clear execution plans
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for requirements, release notes, and internal product updates
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Claude (or equivalent LLM), Loom, Jira or similar product/development tools
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, business, or equivalent practical experience preferred
