Position Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Analyst will support strategic and operational initiatives through financial analysis, business case development, market research, and performance reporting. You will work across multiple departments to identify opportunities, evaluate investments, and provide data-driven recommendations that support the company's continued growth.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who is looking to accelerate their career in corporate strategy and business analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze financial and operational performance across Indigo Canada's portfolio.
  • Prepare profitability analyses by client, contract, region, and business line.
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment projects.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
  • Support due diligence activities for acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
  • Build executive-level presentations and reports for the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools to monitor business performance.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from Finance, Operations, Sales, and Business Development.
  • Present insights and recommendations in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or interest in real estate, infrastructure, transportation, mobility, or parking is considered an asset.
