Customer Service Associate/Office Administration
- Maintain the overall Ambience of the workplace
- Receiving and greeting all visitors in a warm professional manner.
- Execute Front desk reception duties which include handling all phone traffic and managing internal & external communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Taking messages and directing voicemails to employee inboxes
- Maintaining a clean, organized office environment
- Maintain Calendars and Scheduling Meetings
- Assisting HR and Sales in Event Preparation
- Paper correspondence and mails
- Catering to the In-store Customer, Invoices and Payments
- Maintaining Inventory of in store stocks and Stationery
- Filing i.e. Invoices and Shipping log.
Filing and administrative duties
- Performing general administrative duties such as collecting and distributing all incoming mail and courier items.
- Organize and maintain company filing system
- Developing and maintaining tracking systems on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office.
Qualifications, Competencies and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in office administration, business administration etc.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Admin Assistant or similar role
- Advanced level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Sage 300.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships.
- Proactive and highly organized with an exceptional ability to multi-task.
- Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning relevant to the role.
