Production Helper

Can you handle the heat?! We are looking for heavy lifting production associates to work in a high heat environment in Acton! Full-time hours, long-term position!

Job Duties:

• Prepare materials by wiring, tying, and hanging raw steel parts for overhead cranes.
• Use hand tools, bolt cutters, and grinders to cut away tying wires and smooth out zinc sags, drips, or runs from the cooled metal.
• Check finished products for bare spots, smothered areas, or defects.
• Safely load and unload materials manually or using hand trucks.

Shift Options:

• Monday - Thursday: 7am - 5pm
• Monday - Thursday: 9pm - 7am
• Friday - Sunday: 7am - 7pm

Pay Rate:

• $24/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Overtime opportunities are available

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to lift, bend, twist, and kneel.
• Able to work 10 to 12-hour shifts.
• Able to work in a high heat environment.
• Comfortable wearing a hard hat and other PPE.
