Overview
Client Services CoordinatorSPAR Canada, a global leader in retail merchandising is growing! We are hiring a Client Services Coordinator to work in our Vaughan office (hybrid work schedule working 3 days in office). With experience in client administration, you will provide support to our Client Services Management team who manage retail-based merchandising programs for our client. You will be accountable for supporting retail program execution including collaborating with SPAR's field merchandising teams to achieve program objectives.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, deadline driven, adept in excel, proficient in reporting, and possess a solid understanding of the retail environment. Your background should include project management, customer service, and strong administrative and communication skills. You will support our management team with job setup, the execution of key deliverables, tracking client metrics, data collection, and analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with client service functions specific to multiple retail clients by providing accurate and detailed retail execution information.
- Create detailed customer reporting using client metrics and sharing insight using our internal reporting system and excel.
- Communicate to our merchandising field reps using our internal job setup and reporting system.
- Build relationships through email and other forms of communication with our merchandising reps and our clients.
- Problem-solve and upload training documents online for our field merchandising reps.
- Conduct data analysis, photo review and approval, job setup, data collection and service follow-up calls.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree/diploma required
- Minimum three (3) years retail/merchandising or vendor related experience
- Strong project administration expertise with exceptional analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detailed, organized and time management expertise
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Team player, self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work in fast paced and demanding environment
- Merchandising/business/retail background
