Leasing Administrator

Bruce Leasing, one of Atlantic Canada's largest Leasing companies, is currently searching for a motivated and experienced Leasing Administrator to join our Leasing Team based in Coldbrook, NS!

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for contacting various insurance brokers on renewals, terminations and updates. You will update the insurance expirations in the system and file the necessary documents. You will sort through mail and file or disperse accordingly. Processing lease deals following the proper guidelines and procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining and ordering department office supplies. Preparing bills of sale for all cash sales internally and externally. Preparing motor vehicle registration at the DMV, including pickup and drop-off of the dealer packages. Following up with customer payments when requested. You will be located at our office in Coldbrook, NS

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

• Exceptional Written and verbal communication

• Strong organizational skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Responsible, diligent and trustworthy

• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Time management skills

• Resourcefulness

• Can work independently as well as in a team

• Willing to learn

• Experience in the Administrative field required; college degree/certificate considered an asset
