Must Haves:
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories for process maps, ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) modules.
- Strong understanding of attestation, certification, scorecards, compliance, audit, risk management, and governance processes.
- Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and platform capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.

The Business Analyst is responsible for:
· Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, application owners, risk teams, and ServiceNow platform teams to define scorecarding and attestation business needs.
· Document and maintain detailed business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow scorecard and attestation solutions.
· Analyze existing governance, compliance, and certification processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using ServiceNow.
· Define scorecard metrics, KPIs, compliance indicators, thresholds, weighting models, and reporting requirements aligned to organizational governance objectives.
· Partner with stakeholders to establish business rules for scorecard calculations, exception handling, escalation workflows, and remediation tracking.
· Gather and document requirements for attestation campaigns, including ownership certification, application reviews, technology standard compliance, CMDB validation, and risk-control attestations.
· Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, and architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and platform configurations.
· Ensure attestation workflows include appropriate approval paths, certification schedules, notifications, reminders, escalation criteria, and audit requirements.
· Define data quality requirements and validate source system integrations supporting scorecards, certifications, and governance reporting.
· Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for new scorecarding and attestation initiatives.
· Develop business process maps documenting current-state and future-state workflows for governance and compliance activities.
· Support the design and implementation of dashboards, reports, and executive scorecards within ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting capabilities.
· Validate scorecard calculations, attestation outcomes, and reporting accuracy through testing and data analysis.
· Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and coordinate stakeholder testing activities.
· Work with control owners, application owners, and technology teams to track remediation activities arising from scorecard findings and attestation results.
· Monitor attestation completion rates, compliance trends, exceptions, and overdue certifications, providing analysis and recommendations to management.
· Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align governance requirements, risk management objectives, and ServiceNow capabilities.
· Ensure solutions meet audit, regulatory, and internal policy requirements while maintaining traceability of business requirements.
· Produce business documentation, training materials, process guides, and communications supporting scorecarding and attestation programs.
· Support ongoing process improvements by analyzing reporting trends, stakeholder feedback, and governance metrics
