Job Title: Office Receptionist

Location: Surrey, BC

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Starting Hourly Rate: $22.00/hr

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Write and correspond to emails.
  • Prepare shop orders.
  • Invoice shipped shop orders.
  • Assist with inventory management.
  • Process shop hours report.
  • Issue expenses and process purchase orders.
  • Maintain filing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum of 1-year administrative assistant experience.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Outlook and Excel).
