• $44.48/hour base
• +$0.75/hr cost-of-living premium (every hour worked)
• +$0.85/hr days / +$1.20/hr nights
• Double time on Sundays (8 hours at 2x)

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and prevent downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Handle a mix of work: mechanical, basic electrical, welding, and fabrication
• Read blueprints, schematics, and layouts
• Work with contractors/vendors when needed

What You Bring

• 433A Industrial Millwright License (required)
• 2–5 years in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills
• Comfortable working continental shifts
• Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience is an asset
