Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, 9am-5pm (On-Site)

We are seeking an efficient part-time order processing admin to join a computer electronics company that has been in business for over 20 years, helping their customers understand the ins and outs of technology.
What we offer:
- $19/hr
- 4% vacation pay weekly
Qualifications:
- Experience using QuickBooks (Invoices, Billing, and Order Processing)
- QuickBooks Reconciliations (an asset)
- Experience with Purchasing Orders
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-organized and able to communicate well with customers and internal colleagues
- High level of positive work ethics and team spirit
What you will be doing:
- Answering client phone calls and assisting with their inquiries
- Receiving customer orders via phone, email, and fax
- Entering Purchasing Orders
- Inputting orders with accuracy into the QuickBooks system
- Tracking shipment dates and production processes for each order
- Printing labels for courier packages
