We are seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to join the Commercial Lines team, delivering exceptional service, accurate documentation, and reliable support to clients and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to join the Commercial Lines team, delivering exceptional service, accurate documentation, and reliable support to clients and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior advisor on commercial insurance for mid to large accounts, arranging coverage with underwriters and advising customers on appropriate coverage and policy gaps
- Manage the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, changes, cancellations, certificates, and referrals
- Mentor and train junior account managers across all aspects of commercial insurance and day-to-day account servicing
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all client-facing documentation, including policies, certificates, invoices, and correspondence
- Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to service standards, regulatory requirements, and system utilization
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support customer strategy and day-to-day account management
- Research and analyze insurance and risk-related information to support informed, strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in commercial insurance products
- 7+ years of experience managing mid to large commercial accounts
- Proven experience managing and advising on complex insurance accounts
- Experience mentoring, training, or supporting junior team members
- Active RIBO license required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, results-driven approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Epic is considered an asset
- Completion or enrollment in CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations is an asset
