Finishing

We are recruiting for a current opening for a Finisher with one of our production clients.

Duties:

• You will be working in a foundry using small hand-held tools, cleaning finished aluminum casting.
• Cutting parts on a band saw.
• Grinding on a belt sander.
• Using multiple hand tools to grind off extra material.
• Potentially standing in the same spot for a whole shift.

It is a very warm environment, you must be okay with that. If the temperature reaches 30-37°C, there will be 10-minute breaks every hour.

You will be lifting 30 lbs but not repetitively. Must be able to lift 50 lbs as the odd order will come in that weight.

Shift Details:

• Day shift for training is 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday.
• Friday shift is from 6:00am to 12:00pm.

A criminal background check will be completed to confirm you are bondable. A processing fee of $30.00 will be deducted from your first pay.
