With our New Brunswick operations busier than ever, we're looking for reliable and hardworking people to join our team as Traffic Control Person(s) (TCPs). In this exciting role, you would be responsible for managing traffic through construction sites in and around Moncton and surrounding areas. We're currently hiring for multiple traffic control positions with entry-level positions available. We provide full training and even provide transportation for our employees to and from work so no experience is required to get started!
We offer:
- Competitive wages starting at $17.50/hour for those with no drivers license or not in a driver role.
- Wages starting at $20/hour for applicants who will also be responsible for operating our company vehicles.
- Drivers must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License and a clean drivers abstract.
- Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification training.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with placing signs, barricades, and traffic cones in work areas.
- Adapt traffic control setups to support moving paving operations.
- Communicate with other TCPs in the workplace to regulate traffic safely.
- Responsible for the safe passage of vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists through work areas.
- Communicate any incidents or hazards to the Site Supervisor.
- Ensure a safe work environment in accordance with all policies and procedures.
- Follow instructions given by Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, and Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must be able to interpret both written and verbal instructions.
- Great communication skills and willing to work in a team environment.
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions, often working long days.
- Comfortable working near vehicle traffic and heavy equipment on construction sites.
- Required ability to lift up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods of time.
- Valid TCP Certification an asset.
- Valid Class 5 License an asset.
