Okane hasan exciting opportunity for aProposalCoordinatorto join our growing proposals team.In this role, you will play a key part in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Okane's proposal process by coordinating, developing, and managing competitive proposals, bids, and prequalification submissions for qualified opportunities.
This position can be based in either our Calgary, AB or Saskatoon, SK office.

Responsibilities:
As Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development of high-quality proposals and submissions that effectively communicate Okane's expertise and value proposition.
ProposalCoordination& Development
- Lead and coordinate proposal development activities, including capture planning, scheduling, and contributor alignment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather and organize required content.
- Monitor proposal progress and support on-time completion of deliverables.
- Ensure proposal content isaccurate, complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Complete proposal compliance reviews against client requirements.
- Edit, format, proofread, andfinalizeproposal documents.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and document quality.
- Manage distribution and submission of proposals through various platforms.
Tender & Vendor Management
- Maintain registrations within vendor and tendering systems.
- Monitor and track new proposal and bid opportunities.
- Review bid and tender requirements.
- Complete and coordinate prequalification submissions.
Proposal Resources & Systems
- Manage proposal resources including employee CVs, project descriptions, client references, and corporate information.
- Track proposal progress and reporting using Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Development and maintenance of a proposal content database.
- Identifyopportunities to improve proposal processes, tools, and efficiencies.
Qualifications& Expectations:
- Previousexperience supporting proposals is an asset.
- Experience in the mining, engineering, environmental consulting, or construction industries is an asset.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite,Adobe Acrobat and PDF editingtools,and AI programs.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
