Press Assistant

We have a full-time, long-term job opportunity in Scarborough for a press assistant! Work with a local company!

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Payment Schedule: Weekly every Friday by direct deposit

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Press Operators and Rewind/Inspectors in the production and finishing of customer orders
• Prepare dockets by trimming and mounting printing plates
• Retrieve raw materials, dies, and tooling
• Keep additives full (acetate, alcohol, reducer, etc.) and press-side supplies stocked
• Clean and inspect blades, press tooling, ink stations, and plates

This is a great team-oriented environment!

Shift Options:

• Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
