Position: Office Administrator (Full-Time)
Richmond, BC
Friday - Tuesday | 4:00 PM – 12:00am

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Office Administrator to support our team and help us deliver exceptional service to job seekers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Conduct resume calls and follow-up with candidates
  • Maintain office schedules and calendars
  • Scheduling and employee time recording, tracking attendance
  • Employee file auditing
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

Qualifications

  • Availability to work full-time hours (Friday to Tuesday)
  • Previous experience in administration, clerical work, customer service, and/or sales
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and Google Docs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and email correspondence
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Recruitment experience is an asset

Compensation

Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
