The Opportunity

Looking to build efficiencies in distributor / manufacturer parts sourcing, Elevate Services Group holds multiple companies in its portfolio, several within the Restaurant and food services market. This position will work within Elevate's suite of companies to source and develop strategic partnerships that improve logistic and cost efficiencies within the businesses. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize distribution strategy across our national network, ensuring parts move between locations in the most cost-effective way possible.

  • Own end-to-end procurement strategy aligned with growth targets and budgets.

  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to optimize value.

  • Develop and manage category roadmaps to improve cost, quality, and delivery.

  • Drive supplier performance metrics and scorecards for transparency.

  • Forecast demand and build procurement pipelines for assigned territories.

  • Provide high-visibility reporting on procurement activities and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement and risk mitigation.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and cycle-time reductions across procurement processes.

  • Mentor and develop team members; pursue professional development opportunities.


Experience/Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the restaurant equipment industry.

  • Strong negotiating capabilities

  • Profit & Loss (P&L) expertise

  • Solid experience developing and monitoring supplier performance scorecards and KPIs.

  • Strategic procurement leadership aligned to growth targets and budgets.

  • Category management with roadmaps to drive cost, quality, and delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
